The Cantata 2015 was composed and accompanied by Terry Macham, and directed by Laurel Ralston. IT was preformed on Dec 12 along with other Christmas music by Kimberley musicians.

A Shower for Rev. Sunny to welcome her to Kimberley and provide some items to furnish her new home.

KUC hosted High Tea at the Chateau Kimberley 4 times in 2015. This was part of the Kimberley First Saturday celebrations held every month thru the summer.

The 10th Annual Autumn Retreat for Ladies at Rock Lake Camp. This year activities included tatting, weaving, and quilting.

Basement below the upper hall has been renovated with new wall board, paint, trim, and vinyl flooring. Thanks to Graham and Peng Smith who organized, planned, and did most of the work. Also thanks to Gerry, Allan, Jim, Carol F., Sandy and all others who helped on this project.
The Cookie Walk this year was a complete sell out, with all cookies sold by 11:30. Thanks to all/

The annual apple pie day was on Sept 29. Thanks to all the rollers, peelers, crimpers, and other workers who made almost 400 pies.

Micahel and Raphael were married on July 13. A reception was hosted by the Pastoral Care Committee. Many members of the congregation attended to help celebrate this wedding.

A special luncheon was held on June 19 to thank Terry for his contriburions to the life of KUC from 1996 to 2016

Rev. Sunny Kim's parents, Rev. and Mrs Kim come to Kimberley for a visit.

Laurel, Marta, and Kristen presented two wonderful musical presentations on June 5. For one piece they were accompanied by Dan Bailey who will become our new music director in August, 2016

This project levelled and recarpeted the floor, and improved walls with dry wall and paint. Thanks to project leader Graham Smith and helpers Peng, Allan, Cyndy, Randy, and Jim.

Scottish Tea 2016 was great fun. Thanks to the young dancers, all the helpers, and everybody who attended.

The Cantata Choir perfromed at Invermere on Jan 3. Some members then gathered at Fairmont Hot Springs

Fellowship tea was held on October 25. Halloween theme attracted exciting costumes

On October 13-14 representatives from all Kootenay United Churches met for meetings, music, worship and food.

A cool day, so worship and picnic lunch were in upper hall. Good food and fellowship.

The World Day of Prayer service on March 3 was an interchurch event, followed by a fellowship tea.

The Shrove Tuesday pancake supper was an inter church activity, with great participation, good fellowship, and a deluxe menu.
