Morrison's 65th

Jack and Jeanie Morrison celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on March 15th at Gardenview Village.

Jack recalled that as both he and Jeanie were on active duty, he needed to get permission from the Admiral to get married.  They were married in Halifax, and after the war returned to Kimberley.

Rev. Jeff Seaton offered a blessing, and the whole room of friends and family toasted their happy occasion.

Jack and Jeanie Morrison are long time members of Kimberley United Church.
